Any car problems on this site should be in a standard format. Each car problem should have:
A Problem section that contains a description of the issue (mandatory section)
A Suspects and Reasoning section that describes possible suspects of the issue (and maybe explanations of what is not suspect and why). (optional section)
A Troubleshooting section that talks about troubleshooting steps (optional section)
A Solution section describing what fixed the problem and why (mandatory section)
